Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations between ConfortSeat and any person making a purchase on the website.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Products

ConfortSeat offers ergonomic office chairs for sale, described as accurately as possible.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.

ConfortSeat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is considered final after:

  • Payment confirmation,

  • Receipt of the confirmation email.

ConfortSeat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payments are secure and can be made via:

  • Credit card,

  • Or any other payment method available on Shopify.

Banking details are never stored by ConfortSeat.

Shipping

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days.

ConfortSeat cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In the event of a parcel not received, the customer must contact customer service so that an investigation can be opened.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Refund and return terms are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

Warranties

Products are covered by the following legal warranties:

  • Legal warranty of conformity,

  • Warranty against hidden defects.

Any claim must be accompanied by supporting evidence (photos or videos).

Liability

ConfortSeat shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the product,

  • Use that does not comply with the provided recommendations,

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the product.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the ConfortSeat website (text, images, logo, design) are protected and remain the exclusive property of ConfortSeat.

Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relations.

In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of their personal data.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
