At ConfortSeat, we strive to simplify procedures as much as possible for our customers. Please read our terms below carefully regarding refunds and exchanges.


Processing Times

All refund requests are processed within a timeframe of 7 to 14 business days from the receipt of your request by our customer service team.


Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to receive a different item, you must place a new order on our store.


Refund Conditions

We offer a unique refund policy that saves you the hassle of return shipping.

In the event of an approved refund:

  • No return necessary: You do not need to send the product back to us. You may keep the product at home, regardless of its condition.

  • Refund method: Payments are issued via instant bank transfer.

Applied Deductions (Processing fees and compensation): In accordance with our commercial terms, the refunded amount will be subject to a systematic deduction, regardless of the product's condition:

  1. Standard priced products: A 50% deduction is applied to the purchase price. You will receive 50% of the amount originally paid.

  2. Sale or discounted products: A 60% deduction is applied to the purchase price. You will receive 40% of the amount originally paid.
