Terms of sale

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made between ConfortSeat and any person making a purchase on the website. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Products

ConfortSeat offers ergonomic office chairs for personal or professional use. The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Visuals are non-contractual and may show slight differences.

Pricing

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. ConfortSeat reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without effect on orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is considered firm and final after:

  1. Cart validation,

  2. Full payment,

  3. Receipt of the confirmation email.

ConfortSeat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payments are secure and processed via credit card or other available methods. Banking details are never stored by ConfortSeat.

Shipping

Products are shipped from France.

  • Processing time: 24 to 72 business hours

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days

  • Zone: Metropolitan France

Each order includes a tracking number, sent by email, allowing the customer to monitor the delivery of their package.

Receipt of Order

Upon receipt, the customer is required to check the condition of the package. Any issue (missing or damaged item) must be reported within 48 hours, with supporting evidence (photos or videos).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Refund terms and any applicable deductions are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.

Legal Warranties

Products are covered by:

  • The legal warranty of conformity,

  • The warranty against hidden defects.

Any claim must be accompanied by supporting documentation.

Liability

ConfortSeat shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the product,

  • Use that does not comply with the provided recommendations,

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the chairs.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ConfortSeat website (text, images, logo, design) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for order processing and customer relations. In accordance with the GDPR, customers may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
