Shipping Zones
ConfortSeat currently ships its products to the following countries:

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

North America: Canada and the United States.
Origin of Shipments
All ConfortSeat ergonomic office chairs are shipped from France. This ensures:

No customs fees for European Union destinations.

Better parcel tracking.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Once the order is processed, it is forwarded to our logistics partner based in France for shipment.
Delivery Times

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before order confirmation. Free shipping offers may be available from time to time.
Order Tracking
Every shipped order includes a tracking number. The tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. The customer can track their parcel in real time and know its location until delivery.
Parcel Not Received or Delayed
If your parcel has not been delivered within a reasonable time after shipment:

In the event of confirmed parcel loss, a solution will be offered (full refund).
Liability
ConfortSeat shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by the carrier. In the event of a confirmed damaged parcel, a solution will be offered (partial refund).
